Climbing Gardens & Via Ferratas

Thanks to its convenient location in the Tirolean Oberland Region, the Ötztal valley makes a truly unique paradise for climbers - featuring more than 600 different routes for all ability levels. Over the last years, new hooks have been installed in all climbing gardens. The via ferrata routes are perfectly laid out and suitable also for families as they offer alternative walking and hiking possibilities amid Ötztal's breathtaking rock faces. All those with a good head for heights should try a taster tour at the Stuibenfall via ferrata in Umhausen. The entire route is secured by a steel rope and iron clamps.

A complete via ferrata set is absolutely required, consisting of helmet, chest harness, sit harness and karabiner. Memorable climbing experiences for the whole family are guaranteed!
